To start a return, you can contact us at returns@victoriacareforstroke.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, hygiene-related products and personal care goods as well as on-sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are delivered Monday through Saturday. Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays.
Standard shipping is free for orders $50 and above. Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The postal carrier delivers standard orders within 10 to 25 business days.
Orders shipped with express shipping are processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days.Â
Please make sure also to enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.
We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

Shipping Returned Item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
